In 2015, I left my banking job with zero plan and way too much confidence.
Over the next 6 years, I worked across the full spectrum of business operations— from executive assistant to project manager to business manager, to strategy and operations consultant, and coach supporting solopreneurs, startups, and companies with teams up to 25.
I wasn't just filling roles. I was learning how businesses work from every angle.
By 2021, I was running a successful marketing agency. Good clients, consistent revenue, and proven results.
Then chronic pain hit. Hard.
I couldn't sit, stand, or show up for clients.
And the business I'd built?
It only worked when I was in the center of it.
The moment I couldn't be there, everything collapsed.
That's when I knew: I never wanted to build a business like that again.
